The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Ames (UUFA) is a member congregation of the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations  (UUA), and the UUFA UUA Connections Working Group facilitates communication and participation at the denomination level, particularly with regard to the UUA's annual General Assembly.

The 2009 General Assembly was in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the 2010 General Assembly will be in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
