This group meets from 6-7pm on Sunday evenings for spiritual practice including meditation. Although most of the year the group focuses on a book for study and preparation, the meetings are open and newcomers are welcome.
You can bring a cushion or a blanket for your comfort, but chairs are also available. The group meets in the Fellowship Hall.
You may also join the Zen Sitting Meditation group on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am or Friday afternoons at 1:30 pm in Fellowship Hall. These groups meet for 40 minutes and will continue through the summer.
