GSC proposal as it stands

Hi Green folks,

I'm re-posting this to call your attention to the attachments. In addition to the two attachments to my orignal post, I am adding a pdf of a sample communication plan.

I'm attaching documents that include only the our proposed action plan projects.

I've highlighted things yet to be done/blanks that need to be filled in yellow. I used aqua highlighting to indicate correpondence with requirements. The five areas (four related to the biggies and the other category) are in blue. I also numbered the projects (1 of 12 and so on).

Progress has been made!
