Meetings and action: response required

To:  Member of the Green Sanctuary Task Force

Our next regular meeting is scheduled for March 17, in the middle of spring break.  Attendance at the last several meetings has not been good.  Therefore, I am postponing all meetings of the entire group until April 7.  Please mark this on your calendar now, because we will be making final decisions on the Action Plan at that meeting.

Between now and then, I intend to work with individuals and hammer out the details of 12 project as required for our application to UUA. Each project requires the name of a person or persons who have a passion for the project and will follow through in the implementation of the project. The list of proposed projects is as follows:

Except for Nos. 6 and 12, we have discussed these projects more than once at the workshop last August and in subsequent meetings.

Everyone who readds this email please reply to this email and respond to the following questions:

1. Which of the 12 projects above can you be of assistance.

2. How do you feel about Project No. 12?  Would you be interested in taking the lead on it?

3. Do you need any more information on any of these projects? If so, please contact me.

4. Will you be able to attend the meeting on April 7?  If not, will you take the time to study previous descriptions on the action plan and make input prior to April 7?
