This committee coordinates the external communications efforts of the UUFA, including the website, paid advertising, and other media coverage and facilitates internal communications processes.

The committee and its members produces brochures and other documents, prepare and distribute press releases, maintain yellow-page and other directory listings, and coordinate publicity with local and regional newspapers, radio, and/or local cable TV to notify the community of programs and events at the Fellowship and to maintain a visible presence for the UUFA in the community.

Hello communications committee,

Okay, so I tried to set up a poll to see when a good time would be for a meeting of our committee.  Alas, I consulted the UUFA calendar for available times/conflicts, but forgot to check my own calendar. I plan to attend the Wheatsfield annual meeting on Thursday the 19th, so that day is out for me.

Can you reply to this forum thread on the committee webpage and let us know whether you'd prefer to meet 7-8.30pm on Wednesday, November 11 or 5.30-7pm on Friday, November 13?
