UUFA Board of Directors meetings are held at 6:30 pm on the second Wednesday of each month and are open to all members; agendas can be obtained from the president or from the office. Copies of the agendas and meeting minutes are maintained in the UUFA office.
The UUFA Board of Directors consists of four officers, the past president, five at-large members, a youth representative, and the minister (ex-officio). The president, vice president and past president serve one-year terms; the treasurer and secretary serve staggered two-year terms. The youth representative serves for a one-year, renewable term; other directors serve two years. See the UUFA Bylaws for more information.

Board Folks - I've heard that there is sentiment for NOT having an auction this fall. I want to advocate strenuously FOR having one. I realize that many are concerned that we'll be "tapping out" our membership on the heels of the campaign to raise money for the flood damage. The auction is a very different kind of fundraiser, however, and fulfills many different purposes--camaraderie, social opportunity, social action opportunity, etc. This is true even if we restrict the event to a silent auction (spread over two or three Sundays) only.
