Board of Directors
Board of Directors
UUFA Board of Directors meetings are held at 7pm on the second Wednesday of each month and are open to all members; agendas can be obtained from the president or from the office. Copies of the agendas and meeting minutes are maintained in the UUFA office.
Building and Grounds Committee
Manages the UUFA properties
Cluster:
The Building and Grounds Committee takes care of the UUFA building, parking areas, and grounds.
This committee functions through the work of these subcommittees
- Kitchen and Janitorial
- Rental Policy
- Technology
- Hazelnuts
- Memorial Gardens
Policies and procedure documents are available in the UUFA office and online.
The UUFA Rental Policy governs both long-term and event rentals.
Communications Committee
Notifies the UUFA and the community of programs and events at the Fellowship and maintains a visible presence for the UUFA in the community.
Cluster:
This committee coordinates the external communications efforts of the UUFA, including the website, paid advertising, and other media coverage and facilitates internal communications processes.
Endowment Acquisitions & Disbursements Committee

Cluster:
According to the UUFA Bylaws, the Endowments Acquisitions & Disbursements Committee "shall solicit, encourage, and promote gifts and bequests from all possible sources and shall make a diligent effort to develop and carry out programs for that purpose.
Finance Committee
Manages the UUFA finances
Cluster:
The Finance Committee is responsible for managing the finances of the Fellowship.
Membership Committee
Membership Committee
Cluster:
The Membership Committee works to develop and sustain the membership of the UUFA. The committee
- maintains the information and visitor's table on Sunday mornings
- maintains and oversees annual distribution of the printed UUFA directory of members and friends
- orders nametags upon request for members and friends
- stocks the informational brochures and pamphlets about Unitarian Universalism and the UUFA
- coordinates inquirer and new member information classes
Memorials and Gifts Committee
Memorials and Gifts Committee
Cluster:
The Memorials and Gifts Committee handles gifts that are given in honor or in memory of an individual or event.
Music Committee
Coordinates music in and around the Fellowship
Cluster:
Coordinates music in and around the Fellowship, including but not limited to
- Fellowship Voices
- Orff Players
- Recorder Consort
- Upstairs Drummers
- Special music for services and events
- Accompanists
Peggy Earnshaw, the current music committee chair and Paul Ferrone, the UUFA music coordinator, manage the work of this committee.
